General sales conditions relating to Subscriptions

Digital scores edited by SCORE ON LINE are available by unit or with subscription. Subscription Formulas give access to available scores by downloading them (PDF Format). The person owning a valid formula is called a member.

Principle

Each formula is assigned a certain number of points
Each score available for downloading is also assigned a number of points depending upon the number of pages and the property rights of the author attached to this work.

For instance, a one-page score pertaining to the public domain (no property right attached) is weighted with 1 point, while a ten pages score copying a protected work will weight 13 points.
It has to be noted that some scores cannot be obtained via a formula (according to the author or the editor requirement)

How it works

Once the score is displayed, the identified member is invited to directly download the digital file.. The number of points remaining after the download is notified to the member who can then follow-up its expenses.
A recapitulation of the downloads already done is displayed in the Member Area.

The duration of the Formula

Each formula is valid for a variable duration, limited in time. At the end, points that have not been used are lost and cannot be reimbursed. With a simple request by mail to Score on Line, the member may know the situation of its formula (remaining time, remaining points, points already spent)

Protection of the works

Each downloaded piece of work is signed with a unique code indicating the member name and the reference of the downloaded file.
