Information about the products

Score On Line sells via different channels music scores in digital format.
Scores in digital format are edited in PDF, visually accessible and printable thanks to Adobe® Acrobat Reader. Their size varies depending upon the number of pages of the transcribed piece of work.

Delivery

Digital products

Digital products are available as soon as the customer via the online secured payment has done the payment. In case another mode of payment (check or bank payment using fax) has been used, products ordered are mailed as attachment as soon as the payment has been validated. There is not transportation fee for these products.

Subscriptions Formulas

As soon as the payment is validated, the subscription is active and immediately usable with personal login and password.

Warranties in the French Territory
If the products delivered do not correspond to you requirements, you have the possibility to send it back in its original packaging, during the 7 days following its reception. The product will then be reimbursed in the fastest delay.

Protection of the works

Each downloaded piece of work is signed with a unique code indicating the user name, the number of purchased licenses (in case of a collective formulas) and the reference of the downloading

Usage and Copyrights

The user of the Score on Line services shall accept the following conditions:
The user has a private, non-exclusive and not collective right to use the digital scores it has acquired. This right includes the possibility to store the file for its representation on a stand alone screen device, and for its reproduction in one copy only (or in the limits of the number of subscribed licenses in a collective fixed prices formula) i.e., as a backup file on any type of support or paper.
Transmission via a network or diffusion in any form (even partially) of the score is strictly forbidden.

The right is personal and is reserved for the exclusive (no collective) use of the user.
This right is not transmissible in any way.

Any other usage shall be submitted by a previous and explicit agreement with Score on Line.
